Herring and Pumpkin Pot Pie

Ingredients:
Puff Pastry-
• 230g flour
• 260g butter
• 160ml water
Filling-
• 1 small pumpkin
• 1 small squash
• 2 carrots
• 1-2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 small onion
• salt + pepper
• 3 tbsp butter
• 235ml double cream
• salt + pepper
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 tsp flour
• handful of parsley
• 150ml milk
• 10 fillets of boneless herring
• black olives
• 1 egg
